Association (Qld) Inc is proud to announce its new Patron:
Dr Susan Treloar PhD BSocStud, MSc
Dr Susan Treloar has been a part of the groundbreaking
Queensland Institute of Medical Research team researching
endometriosis genetics in conjunction with Oxford University
in the UK. She presented with with Dr. Grant Montgomery
at the last World Congress on Endometriosis in 2005,

identifies a significant susceptibility locus for endometriosis
on chromosome 10q26
Dr. Treloar and the QIMR research team have been great
supporters of The Endometriosis Association (Qld) over
many years, and we are all very pleased and very grateful
that Sue has accepted the role of Patron of our Association.
We hope that as an Association, we can continue to provide
information and support to the researchers at QIMR and
all associated with their research, to help them unravel
the genetics of endometriosis for a those who may be
effected by endometriosis both now and in the future.
We especially hope that Sue enjoys the task of patronage
of our Association and will continue to be involved
for many years to come.
